Downtown Manhattan in-house corporate legal department opportunity responsible for assisting the Vice President, Corporate Legal Services with the corporate secretarial and corporate governance functions for various entities and administrative office duties. Assist with the corporate secretarial and corporate governance functions including Board meetings, annual meetings of shareholders, execution and filing of annual returns and financial accounts, form quality and dissolve corporations, support Business and Legal Services and Technical Support in the day-to-day execution of transactions, handle notarization, legalization and consularization of documents, administrative office duties including the processing of office invoices, special projects as required and assigned. Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal certificate/degree preferred but not required. 1 to 2 years' work experience in corporate legal department or law firm. Excellent PC skills (MS Outlook and Calendar a plus. PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Excellent compensation and benefits including 4 weeks' vacation, extremely generous bonus and much more!
